Swift Scoop offers professional pet waste removal services in designated areas. Our services include:
Weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time pet waste removal.
Spring cleaning or event-related yard cleanup.
Service availability may vary based on location, weather, or other conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, customers agree to:
Provide access to the service area (e.g., unlock gates or provide access codes).
Ensure that pets are safely secured during the service.
Notify Swift Scoop of any changes in the property or access instructions at least 24 hours in advance.
Keep yards free of hazards that may interfere with the service (e.g., debris, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions).
Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay for services based on the selected plan (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time service).
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and other methods as specified on our website or service portal.
Invoices will be issued regularly, and payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel services at any time, as we operate on a no-contract basis.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Swift Scoop for prepaid services that are not rendered due to company-related issues.
One-time cleanup bookings are non-refundable once the service is completed.
Weather and Service Delays
Swift Scoop operates year-round but reserves the right to delay or reschedule services due to severe weather (e.g., snowstorms, heavy rain) or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified of any rescheduled appointments as soon as possible.
Services may be skipped during extreme weather conditions but will resume the following scheduled visit. Refunds will not be issued as accumulated waste will still be removed during the next visit.
Access to the Yard
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the service area. If gates are locked, access is blocked, or pets are unsecured, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply.
To avoid disruptions, customers may provide gate combinations or lock keys.
If a return visit is requested, an additional fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with your yard cleanup, Swift Scoop will return within 24 hours to address the issue at no additional cost.
Liability
Swift Scoop is not responsible for damages caused to lawns, landscaping, or property due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., buried items, fragile grass).
Swift Scoop will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property during services.
Customers are responsible for securing any items or pets that may be affected by the service.
Privacy Policy
Swift Scoop respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Service Revisions
We may amend these terms without notice. Amendments become effective upon posting updated terms on our website. We recommend reviewing our site periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Operational Shutdown
We reserve the right to shut down operations between Christmas and New Year's Day. You will be billed at your normal monthly rate unless you fully scoop your yard during our shutdown.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
